8. Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep information as long as needed to serve you, meet insurance record-keeping requirements and resolve disputes; quote information for policies that are not purchased is generally retained for a limited period and then deleted or anonymized.
9. Your choices and rights
- Access and correction, ask us what information we hold about you and to correct it.
- Deletion, ask us to delete information we don't need to keep for legal, regulatory or policy-servicing reasons.
- Marketing opt-out, as described in Section 5.
- Referral opt-out, if someone referred you and you'd rather not hear from us, tell us once and we'll close the file.
- Illinois residents, the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act requires us to notify you of certain data breaches involving your personal information; we will do so as required. We do not collect biometric information through this website.

10. Children
This website is intended for adults.
