I lead Lapera Insurance Agency, where my team and I help individuals, families and businesses protect what matters most through clear guidance, personalized coverage and dependable support. As a proud partner of the Farmers Insurance companies, we offer trusted protection backed by one of the nation’s most recognized carriers, while also maintaining access to more than 40 additional markets for specialized commercial, bond and personal lines coverage.

I have been the Farmers agent for Grayslake since 2007. I am a small business owner myself, a graduate of College of Lake County with advanced training through The American College of Financial Services, and an Antioch Community High School alum. I bring a practical, plain-English approach to every policy, and I stay personally involved when a client has a claim.

Outside the office I am deeply rooted in both of my communities, and I give back through coaching youth sports, from tackle football to flag football, currently in Maryville, Tennessee, home of our second office. I am a lifelong Chicago Bears fan, a proud Tennessee Volunteers supporter, and someone who thrives on staying active: hiking, biking, working out, reading, building furniture, and most of all spending time with my family and dogs.

Whether I am helping a business secure coverage or mentoring young athletes on the field, I bring the same values to everything I do: commitment, integrity and genuine care for the people I serve.
